Daniel Biguine was born in 1951 in Brittany, France. He graduated in optometry and adopted the profession of entrepreneur and artist. He has in recent years become an art collector, and his hobbies include mechanics and aeronautics.
He is Honorary Cultural Adviser to the Romanian Embassy in the Czech Republic, and a member of the Prague Society.
